Bucks-Mont Badminton is a welcoming club that provides a safe and fun environment to play both competitively and recreationally. We encourage players of all ages and levels to join our tight-knit community.

We are comprised of about 20 members who play year-round at two different venues. On a regular night, the turnout is about 12 to 20 members. We have players of many different skill levels ranging from beginners to highly advanced players. There are also coaches who are on hand to help newer members.

For those who might be wondering, our club was formerly known as Bryn Athyn Badminton Club.

Currently, we play twice during the weeknights (playing schedules? scroll down) and we follow the open play system, so whenever the courts are available and there are four people to get together and play a game, the game is on.

Typically we have enough courts to accommodate all the players. Just in case we have more people, we play in a round-robin manner so that everyone can rotate between games and the rest phase. Those who have a higher skill level give us a good fight, and at the same time, we mix and match players of various skill levels to compete occasionally so that the beginners can also improve and learn from the others.

At Bucks-Mont, we take COVID seriously. All players must be vaccinated. And you must wear a mask when not playing (surgical or N95), and we strongly urge that you do when playing. For details, check our COVID guidelines.
